Our company participates in the production of hyperbolic sunshade (metal modeling, PVDF coating), aluminum grille supply (production, anodizing), lobby steel structure supply (production, painting), aluminum crown roof production (modeling, PVDF coating, stainless steel reinforcement) in this QQT project, curtain wall fittings supply (casting production, stainless steel/aluminum connectors/embedded parts).
Among them, The difficulty lies in forming the hyperbolic sunshade and minimizing the welding deformation of the panel.

A large number of oversized special-shaped parts (length 580M, width 1.2m, height 2.3m) have been coated with PVDF, which all meet the Australian AS3715-1989 coating standard.

The production accuracy of steel structures reaches Australian standards AS1171-1998, AS3978-2003, AS/NZS1554.1:2004

The paint conforms to the Australian C4 environment standard.
